'Tuna (choora) curry recipe Ingredients:- 1. Tuna (choora) – 1 kg 2. Onion – 2 3. Green chillies – 4 4. Ginger 5. Curry leaves 6. Coriander powder – 4 tsp 7. Pepper powder – 1 tsp 8. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp 9. Chilli powder – 3 tsp 10. Coconut oil – 3 tbsp 11. Fish tamarind (kodampuli) – 2 pcs Preparation:- 1. Heat a mud kadayi with 3 tbsp of coconut oil. 2. Add ginger and sauté well. 3. Now add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, sufficient salt and sauté well till onion gets translucent. 4. Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and sauté well till masalas get fried. 5. Now add chilli powder and sauté well and add fish tamarind to it. 6. Now add fish and mix it gently and cook it for 1 min in low flame. 7. Now add 1 cup of water, sufficient salt and mix gently and cook it for 5 min in low flame. Switch off the flame. Our delicious Tuna curry is ready… Masala for frying fish:- 1. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp 2. Pepper powder – 1 tsp 3. Chilli powder – 2 tsp 4. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp 5. Salt to taste Marinate fish with all this masala and keep it aside for ½ an hour and fry it. Ingredients to cook Tapioca:- 1. Tapioca – 1 kg 2. Green chillies – 6 3. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp 4.
